 How businessman react to 4.0 revolution for boost their own business through job seekers.

 Good evening everyone. In this chance I brought the topic about how businessman in indonesia react to the new age of 4.0 technology to boost their own business through job seekers nowadays everything growth so faster than before. because seems the future comes in hurry to full their promises to end this world as fast as they can.

In another word, the world indeed designs to be destroyed by us. with various way. but today I will focus on the 4.0 revolution. through human behaviour and greediness of opportunities.

I mean since the pandemic happens everything running with IoT and technology on it. in the beginning, It's good, to make people more aware of the new age of civilization. make people more consciousness to take a position about the new era of it. and take the responsibility to struggle with it. to face the reality to be harder than before to learn and understand.

                During this pandemic, so many people lost their jobs. and so many types of jobs distempered for a moment or the worst gonna happens vanished forever. But the bright side on it so many kinds of jobs were open.

                So it also gives us many opportunities to apply the various jobs to be applied. But ironically we have been seen what exactly happening today. that almost in every advertisement. the world looking for a web designer, web developer, graphic design, the man who expert about SEO. and data scientist and so on and so on. which is good for us when we heard all alien things for the first time. because our country gonna be more futuristic. and more adaptable to the world in the moving forward situations.

But that we didn't know and realized about all the alien things is. how society can reach that soft skills in short times to be expert. while we know that it's not easy to be mastering those skills as fast as we want. Then nowadays often all businessman in this country. looking for workers who expert in those skills to be employed for their company. I think there is a differences attitude. between this country and another country behave. about how they should act and facing this reality with wisely and open-minded.

                For example, in my situation, I was learning and studying programming. then I think I'm close enough to be confident to say that I'm no expert, but I can do best things about IoT things. So I try to apply to all companies who need programming. but they always ignored and refused my resume. they answer that I do not have much experience of it and not have similar jobs experiences before. And I think it's so arrogant and not so wise and open-minded for some reasons. because when I compared to the other country when they opened thus positions. they give a chance to the junior graduated from online courses like me to be employed. but with the status internship first, before we have to get status for the part of that company.

                Think that technology always going faster, so we should think that hiring people who really excited and take seriously for this jobs even when they are not graduated from a related major at their university, they should still opened and give chance for the job seekers who have skills, they should think that investment is not only in the form of money, but employees who are enthusiastic about their work, are one of the best investments because in order to advance a growing business we also make the business grow through employees who develop in their ability to face obstacles in job through learning by doing.

So the conclusion about this topic is, I speak to all person who run businessman in this country. to be more wisely and open-minded, patient and  give job seekers chance. to try apply those positions. and it was great things that company investing for future benefits in the new employee. to make them develop themselves to be more sharp and expert in the new field.

Sebagai seorang lulusan sastra inggris dengan minat yang condong pada linguistik, saya memandang Bahasa pemrograman dari sudut pandang lingusitik dengan cara yang berbeda, seolah semua kejadian itu adalah peristiwa baru, meski pernah mengalami, namun perasaan dan kesadaran yang terbangun sangat berbeda dari sebelumnya. Selang beberapa bulan setelah yudisium, Saya diundang pada suatu acara meeting online untuk membahas berkenaan akreditasi jurusan. Selama berlangsungnya meeting online, Ibu Sri selaku ketua jurusan menanyai kabar dari masing-masing peserta meeting. Ibu Sri kemudian menanyai kabar saya, dan bertanya "Rez, Kamu apa kabar? Kerja dimana sekarang?", pertanyaan Ibu Sri waktu itu hanya saya jawab singkat, semacam "Jadi Software Quallity Assurance, Bu.. di PT. Arkamaya ", Ibu yang kurang familiar dengan istilah itu balik bertanya berkenaan jenis pekerjaan macam apa itu, dan saya terangkan sesingkat mungkin bahwa itu jenis pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan pengujian aplikasi berbasis web atau mobile, tugasnya mencari defect/cacat pada functionalitas fungsi-fungsi yang menjadi kebutuhan standar user(client).   Pernahkah kalian berada di dalam suatu situasi dimana dua perasaan bercampur aduk secara bersamaan pada konteks tertentu? Yap, jika memang pernah merasakan, maka seperti itulah perasaan penulis saat ini. Konteks kejadian campur aduk perasaan ini adalah pengalaman penulis belajar selama hampir empat tahun lamanya di kampus, dan hanya tinggal satu langkah terakhir lagi untuk mengakhiri karir universitas yang sedang dijalani.
